We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once processed:

Profile Access

You will lose access to your profile, saved addresses, and payment methods.

Order History

All your past service requests and work order history will be permanently hidden.

Personal Data

Your personal identifiable information will be purged from our active databases.

Active Requests

Any ongoing service requests will be cancelled immediately.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that while we delete your personal identifiers, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records of transactions or tax compliance). Residual data may remain in our encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days before being completely overwritten.

How to request deletion

For security and verification purposes, account deletion requests are handled manually by our support team.

Send an email to our support team from your registered email address.

Include your full name and registered phone number.

Our team will verify your request and process it within 7 business days.

Note: If you just want to update your details or change your communication preferences, you can do so directly within the app settings.
